The simple version
We stand by the jewelry we make.
If an eligible True Emanation bracelet, necklace or anklet breaks or stops working during normal wear, submit a claim. We'll complete one approved repair or replacement for the original purchaser or first gift recipient. That includes the metal chain supplied with a covered piece.
Applies to eligible purchases made on or after July 1, 2026.

Complete the claim form with clear photos and any purchase details you have. No receipt? Send what you know and we'll help verify it.
Wait for approval
We'll review the claim and email your claim number, shipping instructions and the address for your piece. Please don't ship before approval.
We repair or replace it
Send the piece and all remaining parts. We'll inspect it, make it right and cover standard U.S. shipping back to you.
What's covered
Built for real life.
The warranty covers a functional break or failure. It does not replace a return policy or insure a piece against being lost.
Covered
- Broken elastic, cord, chain, clasp or structural hardware
- A defect in the original construction or assembly
- Breakage or functional failure during normal, everyday wear
Not covered
- A piece that was lost or stolen
- Scratches, tarnish, fading or other cosmetic wear
- Natural changes in crystals, stones, metals or finishes
- Damage caused by intentional misuse or a third-party alteration

The coverage stays with that person and cannot be transferred.

Use tracked inbound shipping. We cover standard U.S. return shipping. U.S. customers may request help with a prepaid inbound label.

What if I bought it at an event or don't have a receipt?
Submit the purchaser's name or email, approximate date and location, product details and photos. We'll use the information available to verify the purchase and authenticity.
What if pieces were lost when the jewelry broke?
Send every piece you still have and tell us what is missing. If everything was lost during the break, include an earlier photo and purchase details. We may approve a replacement when the information reasonably confirms the piece broke; this does not cover jewelry that was simply lost or stolen.
What if the exact materials are no longer available?
Natural and limited-run materials may not be available forever. We may use reasonably comparable components with your approval. If repair or recreation is not reasonable, you may choose a comparable True Emanation piece of equal value or store credit equal to the verified purchase price. Warranty claims do not provide cash refunds.
What happens after the one warranty claim is used?
The Lifetime Warranty for that item is complete. A repaired or replacement item does not start a new warranty claim. We may still offer a paid repair when materials and capacity are available, and we'll get your approval before any paid work.
Eligibility and policy version
This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers authentic True Emanation bracelets, necklaces and anklets—including included metal chains and structural hardware—purchased directly from True Emanation, at an official True Emanation event or pop-up, or from an authorized partner on or after July 1, 2026. Earrings, rings, standalone pendants, loose crystals, accessories and non-jewelry products are not included.
We may revise this warranty for future purchases. The warranty version in effect when an item was purchased will continue to govern that item.
