60-Day Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident purchasing from True Emanation. If your purchase isn’t right for you, you may request a return for any reason within 60 days after your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To qualify under our voluntary 60-day return policy, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Unaltered and in its original condition

  • Returned with its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the order number or other proof of purchase

Items showing signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage occurring after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

These conditions do not limit any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.

Starting a Return

Before shipping anything back, contact us at info@trueemanation.com or use the Request a Return link in the footer of our website.

Please include your name, order number, and the item you would like to return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. For eligible returns originating within the United States, True Emanation will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost when requested.

Customers returning an item from outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise. Please contact us before purchasing postage for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

You may choose to use your own carrier. Postage purchased independently will not be reimbursed unless approved by True Emanation in advance. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt.

Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted under our voluntary return policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at info@trueemanation.com.

Please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging when possible. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect international returns, we will arrange return shipping or approve reasonable return-shipping reimbursement as appropriate.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or item, contact us at info@trueemanation.com. We will confirm availability and provide the appropriate return or exchange instructions.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and will include the amount paid for the returned item and applicable sales tax. There is no restocking fee.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or a refund is required by applicable law. When applicable law requires us to refund delivery charges, the refund will include the cost of our least-expensive standard delivery option.

True Emanation will issue an approved refund within seven business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account. If applicable law requires a different refund timeline, that timeline will apply.

International Customer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights provided by the laws of your country or region. If applicable law provides different or additional cancellation, return, refund, or warranty rights, those rights will apply.

Customers in the European Union, European Economic Area, and United Kingdom retain their applicable statutory withdrawal rights. Our voluntary 60-day return period is longer than the standard 14-day withdrawal period, but statutory rules may differ regarding product inspection, original packaging, delivery-charge refunds, refund timing, and other requirements.

To exercise a statutory withdrawal right, contact us at info@trueemanation.com or use the Request a Return link in our website footer within the applicable period. You do not need to provide a reason.

Customers may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item.
